Your data will be installed on secure servers and access is ONLY given to you and the people you confirm should have access. Once the trial is over and if you do not wish to continue using the platform, we destroy the data. It is never sold, reused, or given access to anyone outside of your organization or ours.
You have a few options. (1) If we helped install the Community Edition on your servers, you can continue using the platform, for free but without maintenance and support from Ikanow. (2) You can stop using without any pressure or hassle from us. (3) If we installed the Enterprise Edition, you can continue using the platform, for a fee (for production, development, pilot use(s)). (4) Lastly, you may continue working with us to learn more about how we can solve your needs. This may require us extending your trial period, moving to a pilot study, or other options
